Perfect holidays in Lipno Villa Victoria in Lipno nad Vltavou is a huge house consisting of two parts: the main part and a separate apartment. The house is really big, and the 6 bedrooms we had at our disposal were very spacious (one is more than 40 m²), each with its own dressing. The house is very well equipped, and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The location is perfect: very quiet neighborhood, but only 500 m away from the centre. A small COOP supermarket is only 300 m away (and a larger one at 1.5 km), and there are plenty of quite good restaurants. The region is perfect for hiking, walking, canoeing, biking and all possible other outdoor activities. It's within walking distance (30') of a magnificent lookout tower and the lake (800 m). The woods in the region are endless and very beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need and (much) more, a sauna is available, there is a BBQ in the garden and the property is fenced to avoid that small children escape 😉. Free WIFI with a strong signal is available, enough parking space for several cars (including electric charging facilities) and all thinkable other facilities. The owner and host, Vicky, was extremely helpful and hospitable. Details such as arrival date and time, use of the house, payments etc. were very flexible and negotiations and transactions were very correct and smooth. Vicky speaks perfectly English (better than I do), German and... Czech 😉. This rental merits at least 5 stars... almost perfect!
